Peachtree City, Georgia breaks the top 50 in hottest zip codes in the current real estate market

With the local economy improving and homes in Peachtree City at an affordable level Peachtree City has again (2015) been ranked as one of the best places to live by yet another source—realtor.com.

Realtor.com recently ranked the top 50 hottest zip codes in America and Peachtree City (30269) came in at a respectable number 41 and was the only city in the state of Georgia in the top 50. 

The rankings were based in large part on how quickly properties sold, how frequently home zip codes are viewed online and other factors according to a recent article published on realtor.com.

With median price (one half of the homes are priced higher and one half are priced lower) of homes sold in Peachtree City around $300,000 plus and an average days on the market of less than 40 days along with excellent schools, low crime and a beautiful natural environment (also has 90 miles of golf cart trails for golf carts pedestrians, bicycles etc.) all working together it is easy to see why Peachtree City made the top 50 hottest zip code list.

Other cities of note on the top 50 hottest zip codes list included Melrose, Massachusetts zip code 02176, Columbus, Ohio zip code 43085 along with a whopping ten cities in California, three in Colorado, Massachusetts and Texas, two in Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, Virginia, Oregon, Michigan and Nebraska and one in 16 other states.
