Glenloch Village In Peachtree City:

Peachtree City, Georgia breaks the top 50 in hottest zip codes in the current real estate market

Glenloch Village is located in the heart of Peachtree City and this village along with Aberdeen is one of the older villages.

To the east of Glenloch Village is Lake Peachtree which includes Battery Park and Battery Park Boat Launch.

While visiting Battery Park you can get a spectacular view of Lake Peachtree.

In Glenloch Village you have two major retail areas and they are both located along Hwy. 54 (Floy Farr Parkway—named after one of the two City founders).

Peachtree Crossing whose Anchor is the Fresh Market has been recently updated and with the arrival of the Fresh Market in March of 2011 the south side now has a high end specialty grocer as the Fresh Market is one of my favorite grocers. 

However the closest one to Peachtree City was almost an hour away until the arrival of it's newest store located in Glenloch Village.

The other major retail center is located further east on Highway 54 near the Peachtree City border line and the Anchor at that location is the Publix grocery store.

You may be able to find more competitive prices on Golf Cars and accessories by searching around.  eBay and amazon.com have some of the most competitive prices on many car accessories—and golf supplies that you may need!

For example, my motherboard on my E-Z-Go II Battery Charger —went out—and instead of paying several hundred dollars to repair it locally—or purchase a new charger ($500-$600 locally—I purchased a new charger on eBay for slightly less than $300. 

It has an 18 month warranty and is very quiet compared to my EZ-Go II Battery Charger—and it has worked great (had it for 2 months at the time of this writing).

Camp Creek Estates Subdivision features large lots (over an acre) in a somewhat secluded natural area. There are two entrances off Robinson Road and the subdivision roadway (trail) is designed in the shape of a horseshoe.

Avalon Park is a large development off of Robinson Road and feature 3000 plus foot contemporary style homes on large lots.

Developed in the 1960’s-70’s, however their have also been recent small developments at later dates.
