The opportunities for mistakes and missteps if not properly informed is greater if you do not know what to look for and have a real estate agent who is not familiar with the home buying process and who can’t explain the process in clear terms.


If you are unable to find a real estate agent who has the time to properly educate you on the home buying process there are many HUD-approved home-buying seminars offered by several organizations throughout metro Atlanta.



Although a home-buying seminar may cost you valuable time, the time spent can be well worth it.
